患者男,45岁,因上腹痛伴恶心、呕吐4小时于1995年3月22日入院,诊断为急性胃炎。给予盐酸654-2 10mg肌注,10分钟后病人感全身寒冷、哆嗦、胸闷,口唇及双手青紫,心率120次/min,律整,心电图示窦性心动过速。立即给予高流量吸氧,10％葡萄糖500ml静滴、非那根50mg肌注、地塞米松5mg静推,经上述处理后,患者不再寒冷、哆嗦,最后痊愈出院。1995年7月12日患者再次受凉后上腹隐痛半天入院。仍诊断为急性胃炎。给654-2 10mg肌注后,病人再次出现上述症
