10月19日,由省委宣传部、省文明办、省广播电台共同主办的“春风行动”活动在广州英雄广场举行了最后一场户外论坛。来自卫生、公安、劳动和社会保障、邮政、电信5个行业的有关负责人出席了论坛,向社会作出了各自的服务承诺,并接受了市民的咨询。省卫生厅张寿生副厅长出席论坛,并代表省卫生厅作出五项承诺:一是落实职业道德建设责任制,切实加强对职业道德建设的领导,把职业道德建设工作落到实处。二是坚持以人为本,提高队伍素质。增强服务意识,改善服务态度,提高服务质量,树立崭新形象。继续办好“120”紧急救护,切实解决群众看病难、看病贵问题。三是坚决落实纠风工作各项措施,加大明查暗访和监督工作力度。找准职业道德建设中存在的问题和薄弱环节,认真解决“红包”、“回扣”等热点问题。四是加强医德医风考核。推广和贯彻落实广东省中医院经验和肇庆卫生系统经验。
On October 19th, the “Spring Breeze Action” event co-sponsored by the Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department, Provincial Civilization Office, and Provincial Radio Station held the final outdoor forum in Guangzhou Hero Plaza. Responsible persons from the five industries of health, public security, labor and social security, postal services, and telecommunications attended the forum, made their respective service commitments to the community, and received consultations from citizens. The Deputy Director of the Health Department of the Provincial Health Department Zhang Shousheng attended the forum and made five commitments on behalf of the Provincial Health Department: First, implement the professional ethics construction responsibility system, earnestly strengthen the leadership of professional ethics construction, and implement professional ethics construction work. Identify problems and weak links in the construction of professional ethics, and seriously solve hot issues such as “red envelope” and “rebate”. The fourth is to strengthen medical ethics evaluation. Promote and implement the experiences of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Zhaoqing Health System.
