教师评选优秀是很自然的事儿。对于评选优秀,我一直有自己的看法:人无完人,没有哪一个人是尽善尽美的。受名额的限制,被评上优秀的教师毕竟是少数,这一部分人我没有什么担忧的,我担心的是没有评上的,况且,平心而论,有些没有评上的教师也挺优秀的。如何让这一部分教师也有满足感,使她们不会因为评选而变得消极,是我用心思考了无数遍的问题。我永远忘不了2010年教师节发生的那件事。那年九月六号,按照教
