中国电大,作为一个具有中国特色的现代远距离教育系统,如何在未来我国社会主义四化建设及改革的洪流中获得更广泛的参与以实现其自身的价值,是一个令人寝食于斯的问题。在过去的十多年中,中国广播电视大学已经走完了自己最初的路,逐步形成了具有自身特色的一套教学和管理体系,在事业发展的道路上获得了相当的成功但也带来了一定程度的困扰。如何以马克思列宁主义价值概念为基础运用系统方式去分析研究这个系统的本质特征,从而使电大教育能主动地去适应我国社会主义经济建设和社会发展的需要是一个极富有研究价值
