一、何谓适应性培训从目前的实践情况看,岗位培训包含了规范性(资格型)培训和适应性(提高型)培训两类。规范性培训是指按照岗位必备知识和能力规范进行的系统性比较强的培训,它主要解决使受训对象达到上岗任职必备素质的问题。适应性培训则根据不同的岗位要求或同一岗位上因产品更新、技术改造或原材料变化等提出的新要求而开展的针对性比较强的短期培训。它主要解决受训对象的实际素质达到应有水准的问题,以适应当前的迫切需要。“适应性”,就其对象而言主要是适应企业和岗位的现实需要。就其内涵而言,含有适时、适量、适度、适用之意。所谓“适时”,就是要根据需要不失时机地
