本刊讯农药是重要的农业生产资料,对防病治虫、促进粮食和农业稳产高产至关重要,但由于农药使用量较大,加之施药方法不够科学,带来生产成本增加、农产品残留超标、作物药害、环境污染等问题。为推进农业发展方式转变,有效控制农药使用量,保障农业生产安全、农产品质量安全和生态环境安全,促进农业可持续发展,农业部近日制定并印发了《到2020年农药使用量零增长行动方案》。主要内容如下:一、现状和形势施用农药是防病治虫的重要措施。
