班主任班级管理工作是一项复杂而又责任重大的工作。为此,本文从制定管理制度、包容学生缺点以及家校共育等方面,对班主任班级管理工作进行了研究。
Class teacher class management is a complex and responsible work. For this reason, this article has carried on the research to the teacher-class management in terms of formulating the management system, including the student’s shortcomings as well as the family education.
