血清制备:取带状疱疹及水痘患者发病后2～12周的康复者血,分离血清,置玻瓶内,不加抗凝剂。作灭菌和毒性检查。分别分装2毫升和5毫升小瓶内备用。剂量:体重在10公斤以下者用2毫升。10～30公斤5毫升。30公斤以上者10毫升。第一组:350例用未作抗体滴度测定的血清。第二组:387例用具有高滴度抗体的血清制剂。(>1/128)。疗效分析第一组:用于预防水痘321例,成功者268例(83％),水痘症状减轻24例(8％),失败29例(9％)。
Serum preparation: take herpes zoster and chickenpox in patients with onset of 2 to 12 weeks after the recovery of blood, serum separation, home glass bottle, without anticoagulants. For sterilization and toxicity check. Dispense 2 ml and 5 ml vials separately. Dosage: weight below 10 kg with 2 ml. 10 to 30 kg 5 ml. 10 ml more than 30 kg. The first group: 350 cases with serum antibody titer not measured. Group 2: 387 patients with serum preparations with high titers of antibodies. (> 1/128). The first group: 321 cases were used to prevent chickenpox, 268 cases (83%) were successful, 24 cases (8%) were relieved of chickenpox symptoms, and 29 cases (9%) failed.
