本实验采用光化学诱导大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞及再通模型,观察了PAF受体拮抗剂海风藤酮对实验性脑缺血的脑保护作用。结果显示海风藤酮可明显改善缺血区rCBF,增加脑缺血再灌注期脑组织SOD活性,明显减轻缺血脑组织水肿及神经元的坏死。本研究结果提示PAF为脑缺血病理损害过程中的一个重要活性介质;其对脑缺血继发病理损害诸多重要环节有明显的活化及调节作用。PAF受体拮抗海风藤酮对实验性脑缺血组织有明确的脑保护作用。
In this experiment, the model of middle cerebral artery occlusion and recanalization in rats was induced by photochemistry, and the protective effect of norepinephrine, a PAF receptor antagonist, on experimental cerebral ischemia was observed. The results showed that sea buckthorn ketone can significantly improve the ischemic area rCBF, increased brain activity of SOD activity after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, significantly reduce ischemic brain tissue edema and neuronal necrosis. The results of this study suggest that PAF is an important active mediator in the process of cerebral ischemia and pathology. It has significant activation and regulation on many important pathological lesions of cerebral ischemia. PAF receptor antagonist kreutern methyl alcohol on experimental cerebral ischemia have a clear brain protective effect.
