浙江经济创造了许多辉煌,如果把外贸看作是经济中的一个“板块”,那么这个“板块”无疑是近年来最耀眼的亮点之一。自1999年起,浙江外贸几乎一年一个台阶,出口增幅从1999年高出全国12.4个百分点,2000年高出23.3个百分点,到2001年在上年高基数的基础上又高出11.4个百分点,已连续3年居沿海主要省市首位。今年以来浙江外贸出口势头依然强劲,前4个月实现出口82.63亿美元,同比增长21.2%,其中,4月份出口达24.05亿美元,创历史新高。一枝独秀的浙江外贸,成了省内外媒体广泛关注的焦点。人们在纷纷探究浙江外贸出口快速发展的动力究竟来自何方。为何能连年取得如此出色的成绩?显然,除了各级领导的高度重视、国家政策的有力拉动等以外,肯定还有一些特有因素在起作用。从政策层面上看,最大的经验就在于浙江在全国
Zhejiang economy has created many brilliant achievements. If foreign trade is viewed as a “plate” in the economy, then this “plate” is undoubtedly one of the most dazzling highlights in recent years. Since 1999, Zhejiang’s foreign trade has risen to a level of almost a year. Its export growth rate surged 12.4 percentage points from the national average in 1999, 23.3 percentage points in 2000 and 11.4 percentage points higher than the high cardinal of the previous year in 2001 For the third consecutive year, it has taken the lead in major coastal provinces and cities.
