日本血吸虫在体外培养过程中体表会出现泡状物,小泡脱落后在培液中形成透明小珠,从它在高盐溶液中皱缩表明它并非脂肪性小滴。作者对它与培养液中来自血吸虫的蛋白质之关系作了初步分析。
Schistosoma japonicum in the process of in vitro body surface will appear bubbles, vesicles fall off after the formation of transparent beads in the culture medium, from its shrinkage in high salt solution that it is not fatty droplets. The author made a preliminary analysis of its relationship with the protein from schistosomes in culture fluid.
