北京海关继1994年在进出口货运渠道开通EDI通关以米,此次又与中国银行北京分行合作,在全国海关系统首次开通了EDI通关电子划款业务。目前已有中国邮电器材进出口总公司等10家EDI进出口企业成为首期电子划款用户。通过三方签订协议以后,这些企业缴纳进口税费就可以通过EDI电子数据交换的形式,在足不出户的情况下,几分钟内完成申报、征税、缴税、核销等原需人工完成的通关手续。
