1.喂甲状腺干粉兔的离体回肠与十二指肠纵肌节律性收缩频率较正常为高,十二指肠平均增高25.8%,回肠平均增高17%,因之节律性梯度也增高。 2.温度降低时,节律性收缩频率减少,紧强性则增高,当正常兔小肠温度低至15—20℃时,喂甲状腺兔小肠温度10℃或以下时,收缩停止, 紧张性下降。 3.喂甲状腺干粉兔离体小肠约有1/3对乙醯胆硷反应性高于正常,约有1/2对肾上腺素反应性低于正常。这现象表示甲状腺激素能提高肠肌的兴奋性。 4.上述离体肠肌的性质与整体动物甲状腺机能亢进时消化管运动加强症状的关系曾略予讨论。
1. The frequency of rhythmic contraction of isolated ileum and duodenal longitudinal muscle of rabbits fed thyroid dry powder was higher than normal. The mean duodenum increased by 25.8% and the ileum increased by 17%. The rhythm gradient was also increased. 2. When the temperature decreases, the rhythmic contraction frequency decreases, and the tightness increases. When the temperature of the small intestine of normal rabbits is as low as 15-20°C, when the temperature of the small intestine of the thyroid rabbit is 10°C or less, the contraction stops and the tension decreases. 3. About 1/3 of the isolated thyroid glands of the thyroid-dried small intestine rabbits had a higher than normal response to cholesteryl bile, and about 1/2 of them had lower than normal epinephrine reactivity. This phenomenon indicates that thyroid hormone can increase the excitability of the intestinal muscle. 4. The relationship between the above-mentioned isolated intestinal muscle properties and the enhancement of symptoms of digestive tract motility during the overall animal hyperthyroidism has been discussed briefly.
