泽兰(Eupatorium japonieurn Thunberg)系菊科多年生草本植物,茎、叶含挥发油,为芳香健胃、发汗、利尿药,有活血通经功效,是江苏省特产药材之一。在江苏各地,一般应用泽兰的根茎繁殖,由于用种量较大,在大面积生产时,种苗来源颇感不足,如果能改用种子进行大量育苗繁殖,就可解决种苗供应问题。可是泽兰种子细小,发芽能力很低,为此,本试验采用了不同浓度的2,4-D及赤霉素浸种,及不同时间超声波处理种子的方法,以求探索对促进泽兰种于发芽及幼苗初期生长的影响,为普遍应用到生产实践提供参考资料。
Eupatorium japonieurn Thunberg is a perennial herb of Compositae. Its stems and leaves contain essential oils. It is aromatic, stomachic, sweaty, and diuretic. It has the effect of promoting blood circulation and circulation. It is one of the specialty medicinal materials in Jiangsu Province. In Jiangsu, the roots and stems of E. zeae are generally used for breeding. Due to the large amount of seeds used, the seedlings are insufficient in the production of large areas. If seeds can be used for breeding, breeding problems can be solved. However, the seeds of Zeelandia are small and their germination ability is very low. For this reason, this experiment used different concentrations of 2,4-D and gibberellin to soak seed and ultrasonically treat the seeds at different times so as to explore ways to promote the seedlings of Zeelandia. The effects of germination and initial growth of seedlings provide reference materials for general application to production practice.
