目的探讨不同类型人工晶体植入后其前膜形成率是否存在差异及预防、治疗的办法。方法将不同类型的人工晶体分为三组(A组:硅凝胶组,B组;进口PMMA组,C组:国产PMMA组)进行观察分析.结果硅凝胶组的前股形成率明显高于PMMA组,而国产、进口PMMA间不存在差异.结论硅凝胶组前股高发的主要原因是工艺问题而不是林料本身,术前术后用药则使前膜形成率大为降低。
Objective To investigate whether there are differences in the rate of formation of the anterior membrane after implantation of different types of intraocular lens and how to prevent and treat it. Methods Different types of intraocular lens were divided into three groups (group A: silicone gel group, group B; imported PMMA group, group C: domestic PMMA group) for observation and analysis. Results The former formation rate of silicone gel group was significantly higher than that of PMMA group, but there was no difference between domestic and imported PMMA. Conclusion The main reason for the high incidence of anterior strands in the silicone gel group is due to the technical problems rather than the natural forest material. The preoperative and postoperative use of drugs significantly reduces the rate of formation of the anterior membrane.
