反腐败斗争能否广泛深入地开展下去,真正收到成效,直接关系人心向背和政权存亡,关系政治安定和社会稳定,关系党的路线、方针、政策能否得到贯彻落实。这是推动改革开放、促进经济发展、维护社会稳定的必要条件,也是顺利实现“九五”计划和2010年远景目标的一项重要保证。从政治上看问题,从改革、发展、稳定乃至整个社会主义现代化事业的高度,来认识反腐败斗争的重要性和紧迫性,是把这场斗争深入持续进行下去的关键。
Whether the anti-corruption struggle can be carried out in a broad and in-depth manner and truly received results has a direct bearing on the people’s interests and the survival of the government, the relationship between political stability and social stability, and whether the party’s line, principles and policies can be implemented. This is a necessary condition for promoting reform and opening up, promoting economic development and maintaining social stability. It is also an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of the Ninth Five-Year Plan and the 2010 Vision. From a political point of view, understanding the importance and urgency of the anti-corruption struggle from the perspectives of reform, development, stability and even the entire cause of socialist modernization is the key to continuing this struggle in an in-depth and continuous manner.
