目的:对五味子总木脂素进行提取分离,并对该有效部位进行体外抗肿瘤作用初步研究。方法:通过硅藻土-索氏提取法分离纯化五味子总木脂素,采用MTT法测定总木脂素对人乳腺癌细胞系MCF-7、肝癌细胞系HepG2和人食管癌细胞系9706的体外抗肿瘤作用。结果:五味子总木脂素有效部位产率和含量分别为17.7%和11.7%,体外细胞实验表明该部位对人乳腺癌细胞系MCF-7、肝癌细胞系HepG2的抑制效果显著。结论:硅藻土-索氏提取法适用于五味子总木脂素的分离纯化,五味子总木脂素具有一定的体外抗肿瘤活性。
OBJECTIVE: To extract and separate total lignans of Schisandra chinensis and to study the antitumor effect of this active site in vitro. METHODS: Total lignans of Schisandra chinensis were isolated and purified by diatomaceous earth-Soxhlet extraction. The total lignans were assayed by MTT assay in vitro on human breast cancer cell line MCF-7, human hepatoma cell line HepG2 and human esophageal cancer cell line 9706 Antitumor effect. Results: The yield and content of the effective fractions of total lignans in Fructus schisandrae were 17.7% and 11.7%, respectively. In vitro experiments showed that this site had a significant inhibitory effect on human breast cancer cell line MCF-7 and hepatoma cell line HepG2. Conclusion: Diatomite-Soxhlet extraction is suitable for the isolation and purification of total lignans from Schisandra chinensis. Total lignans from Schisandra chinensis possess anti-tumor activity in vitro.
