在高职院校中,学生管理是一项非常重要,而且具有一定复杂性的工作,其中关于学生的职业倾向和择业意向鉴定是重要组成部分,如果能合理运用,将会对学生起到积极的引导作用,提高学生管理的水平。为了能充分发挥其正面影响,本文首先对两者的内涵和彼此之间的联系进行了简单阐述,然后对其作用进行了分析,最后对其应用方法进行了讨论,希望能为高职学生的管理工作提供参考。
In higher vocational colleges, student management is a very important and complicated work.
