物业管理专业主要是为国家培养专业型的实用物业管理人才,其中《物业管理法规》是物业管理专业的重要组成部分,重点在于让学生了解物业管理办法,使其认识到物业管理法规也是重要法律之一。本文主要从高职院校开设物业管理专业的原因入手,并对高职院校在新时代下物业管理法规教学中应如何进行教学,重点对其教学方法进行研究。
