作者采用中西医结合的方法治疗重症肌无力性上睑下垂２７例。方法为口服大剂量强的松，并用补中益气丸。随访半年以上，总有效率１００％，治愈率８１．５％，复发率４．５％。与单独使用强的松治疗的３６例比较，两组的疗效和复发的差异均有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５），表明中西医结合治疗本病疗效好，应用方便安全，很少复发，可以在临床上推广使用。
