目的比较3M Ketac Molar Easymix后牙玻璃离子和3M ESPE Filtek Z350纳米复合树脂两种材料修复牙体楔状缺损的临床效果。方法 112例共306颗楔状缺损患牙,随机分成2组,分别应用3M Ketac Molar Easymix后牙玻璃离子和3M ESPE Filtek Z350纳米复合树脂充填,对比观察两组充填后1年的疗效。结果 3M后牙玻璃离子组修复楔状缺损成功率略高于3MZ350复合树脂组,两组成功率分别是95.07%和94.51%,两组疗效相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3M后牙玻璃离子和3M Z350纳米复合树脂都是较理想的修复牙体楔状缺损的充填材料。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of two materials, 3M Ketac Molar Easymix posterior tooth glass ionomer and 3M ESPE Filtek Z350 nanocomposite resin, to repair tooth wedge-shaped defects. Methods One hundred and sixty wedge-shaped defect teeth were randomly divided into two groups. One hundred and three wedged teeth were randomly divided into two groups. 3M Ketac Molar Easymix posterior teeth glass ionomer and 3M ESPE Filtek Z350 nanocomposite resin were used respectively. Results The successful rate of repairing wedge-shaped defect in 3M posterior tooth glass ion group was slightly higher than that of 3MZ350 composite resin group. The success rates of the two groups were 95.07% and 94.51% respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups in curative effect (P> 0.05). Conclusion 3M posterior teeth glass ionomer and 3M Z350 nanocomposite resin are the ideal filling materials for the restoration of dental wedge-shaped defects.
