目的分析磨牙折裂后全冠修复治疗的临床效果。方法对68例80颗磨牙折裂采取全冠修复治疗。结果 80颗患牙中78颗咀嚼功能正常,无不适感,全冠无松动脱落,颈部无继发龋,牙周组织健康,无慢性根尖脓肿及牙周脓肿,X线片示根尖及根分叉正常,根尖无阴影,牙周膜基本正常,冠折波及髓底者,髓底折断处有薄层牙骨质沉积。2例失败。结论严格掌握适应证和良好的复位固定,根管治疗后采用全冠修复磨牙牙体折裂,效果较好。
