报告了缺氧3小时家兔心肌的超微结构变化的观察结果。心肌有广泛的细胞内、外水肿;线粒体肿胀;糖元颗粒减少或消失;但肌原纤维及细胞核的改变较少。上述改变表明心肌的缺氧病变与结扎冠状动脉造成的病变相比,其损害程度较轻。
The results of the ultrastructural changes in rabbit myocardium 3 hours after hypoxia were reported. Myocardium has a wide range of intracellular and extracellular edema; swelling of mitochondria; glycogen particles decreased or disappeared; but less changes in myofibrils and nuclei. The above changes indicate that hypoxic lesions in myocardium are less damaging than lesions caused by ligation of the coronary arteries.
