多器官联合切取是解决供体器官来源短缺的有效方法。本文报告了对狗进行腹部多个器官(脾、肝、胰、肾等)原位低温灌洗,整块联合切取和短时冷贮存的实验程序和操作方法。实验中,至少有4个大器官可以联合进行移植(肝、脾、胰和肾脏)。总的原则是:(1)尽可能减少对切取器官的机械性损伤;(2)供移植用器官的所有管道系统(血管、胆总管、胰管、输尿管等)应保持其完整性和足够长度;(3)应根据不同器官对缺血耐受性的差异计划切取的先后顺序;(4)防止多器官切取过程中因忙乱所引起的
Multiple organ extraction is an effective method to solve the shortage of donor organs. This article reports experimental procedures and procedures for in situ dog hypothermia lavage, integrated ablation and short-term cold storage of multiple organs in the abdomen (spleen, liver, pancreas, kidney, etc.).
