本文根据粘弹性材料所具有的高效耗散振动能特性,针对工业车辆行走系结构,对粘弹性悬挂的工业车辆进行研究。建立起车辆的复刚度阻尼减振模型,并对模型参数的行为进行了分析,提出了符合平顺性标准的车辆,及粘弹性悬挂机构应具有的参数指标。最后对工业车辆的实例进行了计算和分析。结果表明,安装了粘弹性悬挂装置的工业车辆,其平顺性有了显著的提高。
According to the highly dissipative vibrational energy characteristics of viscoelastic materials, this paper studies the industrial vehicle suspension system for industrial vehicles. The complex stiffness damping vibration model of the vehicle is established and the behavior of the model parameters is analyzed. The vehicles that meet the ride comfort standards and the parameter indexes that the visco-elastic suspension mechanism should have are proposed. Finally, the examples of industrial vehicles were calculated and analyzed. The results show that the smoothness of industrial vehicles with viscoelastic suspension has been significantly improved.
