选用体重２５０～３００ｇ的Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠。雌雄合笼后阴道涂片发现精子定为怀孕。孕鼠在怀孕第１天被分成４组，每组４只。处理组孕鼠通过饮水喂饲内含醋酸镉（Ｃｄ）１０ｍｇ／Ｌ和醋酸铅（Ｐｂ）３００ｍｇ／Ｌ的蒸馏水溶液，从怀孕开始到分娩定为Ｃｄ－Ｐｂ处理０天，
Wistar rats weighing 250-300 g were used. Male and female cage after vaginal smear found sperm as pregnant.
