目的:探讨核桃分心木提取物总黄酮、总皂苷对家兔心肌缺血再灌损伤的影响。方法:30只家兔随机分为5组,假手术组单纯缺血组,缺血再灌组分心木治疗A组B组。结果:核桃分心木提取物总皂苷治疗A组、B组与再灌注组相对比,血清中MDA含量明显减少,SOD活性明显增高,A组与B组相比,血清MDA含量和SOD活性差异不显著。讨论:提示核桃分心木提取物总皂苷可通过某种机制抑制脂质过氧化过程,提高内源性抗氧化酶活性;而减轻心肌缺血一再灌注中产生的自由基对心肌细胞的损伤,具有抗氧化作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of total flavonoids and total saponins of walnut distraction extract on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits. Methods: Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups: sham-operated group, ischemia-reperfusion group and untreated group.
