目的:研究肠道菌群对天然药物活性成分的生物转化探讨。方法:我院于2015年3月到2016年3月选取志愿者300名,随机分为3组,每组100名志愿者,对三组患者分别给予苷类、生物碱类、黄酮类三种天然药物对三组志愿者进行口服给药和静脉给药,检测观察三组患者血液和尿液中转化后药物含量。结果:苷类组、黄酮类组和生物碱类组志愿者口服给药所检测出的血、尿中转化后药物浓度明显高于静脉给药志愿者组所得出的结果。结论:肠道菌群对天然药物的转化率高于药物在人体内的转化,天然药物被人体摄入后经肠道菌群的转化,能大大提高药物的利用率,并能减少人体内对药物转化的负荷,差异显著,有统计学意义。
Objective: To study the bioconversion of the active ingredients of natural medicine by intestinal flora. Methods: From March 2015 to March 2016, 300 volunteers were selected in our hospital and randomly divided into three groups of 100 volunteers.
