当前的课堂教学改革,给体育教师提出了更高的要求,尤其在教学能力和对学生能力的培养方面提出了更高的要求,下面就体育教学中教师应具备的能力及学生能力的培养方面谈一下自己的一点肤浅认识:一、能力的提出能力是直接影响活动效率,使活动得以顺利完成的个性心理特征。教师的教学是一种艺术的创造,需要有很高的创造能力。现代的教育教学,是改革与创新的教育教学,是现代国情及现实教育的需要,因此,对教师提出更高的要求与能力。
The current reform of classroom teaching puts higher requirements on physical education teachers, especially in terms of teaching ability and training of students’ abilities. The following points are about the teachers’ abilities and training of student abilities in physical education.
