将电聚合和层层组装方法有效结合构筑了聚硫堇(PTH)电子介体修饰的碳纳米管(CNTs)/辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)多层膜无试剂H2O2传感器.利用电化学阻抗谱对CNTs/HRP多层膜的组装过程进行监测,用循环伏安法和计时电流法研究了该HRP电极的电化学行为.探讨了酶组装层数、工作电位、pH值和碳纳米管对电极响应的影响.该传感器对过氧化氢在2.0×10-6~6.29×10-3 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性响应,相关系数为0.998,检测限为1.0×10-6 mol/L.
The electropolymerized and multilayer assembly methods were combined effectively to build PTH-mediated CNTs / HRP multilayers without reagent H2O2 sensor.Using electrochemical Impedance spectroscopy was used to monitor the assembly process of the CNTs / HRP multilayers. The electrochemical behavior of the HRP electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The effects of enzyme assembly layer, working potential, pH and carbon nanotubes On the electrode response.The sensor has a good linear response to hydrogen peroxide in the range of 2.0 × 10-6 ~ 6.29 × 10-3 mol / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 and a detection limit of 1.0 × 10-6 mol / L.
