以灵芝为试材,利用深层发酵法发酵生产麦角固醇,研究了连续发酵、分批发酵、补料分批发酵3种不同发酵方式对灵芝菌丝体、麦角固醇产量的影响。结果表明:相对于连续培养发酵,补料分批发酵灵芝菌丝体最大产量提高4.71%,麦角固醇产量提高17.35%,到达菌丝体和麦角固醇产量最大的时间缩短24h。故补料分批发酵优于分批和连续发酵,有利于发酵灵芝真菌生产麦角固醇。
Using Ganoderma lucidum as test material, ergot sterol was fermented by deep fermentation to study the effects of three different fermentation modes, continuous fermentation, batch fermentation and fed-batch fermentation on the yield of Ganoderma lucidum mycelia and ergosterol. The results showed that the maximum yield of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium increased by 4.71% and the yield of ergosterol increased by 17.35% compared with that of continuous culture. The time to reach maximum mycelium and ergosterol production was shortened by 24 h. Fed-batch fermentation is superior to batch and continuous fermentation, which is conducive to the fermentation of Ganoderma fungi to produce ergosterol.
