当前我国全面开展能源优化改革以及信息技术革命工作,新型能源发展环境给电网企业的转型优化发展提出了更高的要求.省级电网公司在平台型企业的指引下就开发综合能源服务这类新型业务类型找寻到了前进的方向,在实体物理平台以及平台化运营模式等方面都取得了突出的进展.本文以国内外综合能源业务平台的模式分析为切入点,结合省级电网公司在综合能源服务平台构建中的优劣势,深入探索省级电网公司综合能源服务平台的构建策略,进而为我国电力产业构建共享能源生态圈奠定坚实的基础.
