我厂加工的300mm游标卡尺主尺,材料为65Mn,平面度0.08mm,光洁度8,厚度4_(-0.025)mm。原加工工艺如下:工件淬硬后,厚度先半精磨到4.2mm;再放在M7130平面磨床上,一次吸住10件,用46ZR1氧化铝砂轮精磨。以上工艺易使工件产生平面翘曲,即使两面交替磨削,每次磨去0.01~0.02mm,仍不能达到平面度要求,约有50%左右的工件平面度误差超差。为此,我们经多次试验,用以下三种方法对工件进行磨削加工,其效果较好: (1)将工件的凸面向上先磨削,两面交替,至尚留0.05mm余量时再平面校直,然后用磁力吸盘的剩磁将工件轻轻吸住,最后精磨两平面到尺寸要求。这
