目的对天津市某供水系统水质进行风险评估,为供水系统的水质安全提供保障。方法应用世界卫生组织《水安全计划》中所建立的方法,对天津市某供水系统的水源、水厂、管网及用户的安全性进行风险分析。结果以用户为例描述了风险评估结果,其中有2项危险因素的评定风险值≥40,处于比较高的风险范围;针对上述结果提出了相应的建议和控制措施。结论对供水系统相关环节的水质安全风险进行分析,并制定相应的控制措施,可为供水系统的安全运行提供保障,以便在问题出现时能够快速采取相应的措施和应急预案,尽早排除问题以确保供水安全。
Objective To assess the water quality of a water supply system in Tianjin and provide a guarantee for the water quality and safety of the water supply system. Methods Applying the method established in the WHO Water Safety Plan, this paper conducts a risk analysis on the safety of water sources, waterworks, pipelines and users in a water supply system in Tianjin. The results described the results of the risk assessment with the user as an example. Among them, two risk factors were rated risk ≥40, which were at a relatively high risk range. Corresponding suggestions and control measures were put forward according to the above results. Conclusion The analysis of the water quality and safety risks in the relevant parts of the water supply system and the corresponding control measures can be made to provide safeguards for the safe operation of the water supply system so as to promptly take corresponding measures and contingency plans when the problems occur and to eliminate the problems as soon as possible so as to ensure Water supply security.
