为了了解煤矿生产过程中,导致矿车坠落的故障模式,并分析这些故障模式导致矿车坠落的可能性,提出了一种改进广义灰色关联故障树来分析该问题.首先建立矿车坠落事故的故障树,并得到最小割集.用最小割集代表故障模式构建典型故障的特征矩阵.用各底事件的重要度确定待检模式向量.使用改进广义灰色关联法计算关联度,改进包括通过分配系数将绝对灰色关联度和相对灰色关联度结合,及求初值像时首项为0时的处理方法.对矿车坠落的分析表明:故障模式一共18种,得到了故障模式与事故的相关性数值及排序.关联值在[0.7618,0.5968]之间,最大的C_(14)比最小的C_1大0.17,C_7~C18均超过0.730应特别注意.
