目的分析探讨达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(polycysticovariansyn-drome,PCOS)的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2009年5月至2011年5月我科应用达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗的23例PCOS患者临床资料。结果患者用药后临床症状明显改善,均有撤退性出血,经量较治疗前增多,治疗前后黄体生成素、睾酮、空腹胰岛素、雌二醇、黄体生成素/促卵泡激素各指标比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论达英-35与二甲双胍联合应用有协同作用,能明显改善临床症状,提高PCOS无排卵性不育的妊娠率,是目前治疗多囊卵巢综合征较为有效的方法,可作为一线治疗用药,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of combination of da-Ying-35 and metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome-type polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with PCOS treated with Dayang-35 combined with metformin in our department from May 2009 to May 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms of patients were significantly improved. Both of them had withdrawal bleeding, and their quantities increased compared with those before treatment. The indexes of luteinizing hormone, testosterone, fasting insulin, estradiol and luteinizing hormone / follicle stimulating hormone before and after treatment were significantly different Sex differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Combination of darling-35 with metformin has a synergistic effect, can significantly improve clinical symptoms and improve the pregnancy rate of anovulatory infertility PCOS, is currently the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome is a more effective method, can be used as first-line therapy, it is worth Clinical application.
