课后评价是对教师教学的一种肯定与否定,通过课后评价,教师可以对自己在教学过程中的行为进行完整的检查与分析。课后评价是抛开自我的一种思考。课后评价要有目标、有针对性、有主题,在明确目标的前提下进行有根据的反思。中学数学教学是中学阶段的主要科目,也是以后数学学习的奠基时期。做好中学数学教学的课后反思是对教学活动或自己工作的负责,对学生群体的负责。
After-school evaluation is a kind of affirmation and negation of teachers’ teaching.
