本文报道了冷激失绿水稻突变体1103s在失绿过程中叶蛋白的变化。电泳结果显示。未经诱导的1103s与其突变原始亲本8902s的蛋白组成未见明显差异;诱导后失绿的叶片中,Rubisco的大、小亚基表达正常,一个56.2kd(PI=4.5)的特异蛋白PI缺失。同一叶片上,在与失绿组织相邻的绿色组织中,此蛋白亦被检测到,不过量有明显减少。研究结果表明,该蛋白伴随失绿过程消失,而随复绿出现,且该蛋白的表达调控与形态性状紧密连锁。故推测PI蛋白可能是冷激应答蛋白。
In this paper, we report the changes of leaf protein during chlorosis in mutant 1103s of chlorotic rice. Electrophoresis results show. There was no significant difference in the protein composition between the un-induced 1103s and its original mutant 8902s. The expression of Rubisco’s large and small subunits was normal after chlorosis induction, and a specific protein PI of 56.2kd (PI = 4.5) was absent. On the same leaf, this protein was also detected in green tissues adjacent to the chlorotic tissue, but the amount was significantly reduced. The results showed that the protein disappeared accompanied with the process of chlorosis, but with the complex green appeared, and the expression of the protein closely linked with the morphological traits. It is hypothesized that PI protein may be cold shock response protein.
