代森锰锌和烯酰吗啉是防治黄瓜霜霉病的常用药剂,其复配剂69%的WP对黄瓜霜霉病菌孢子囊的萌发有较强的抑制作用,EC50为64.60μg/ml,共毒系数为125.83,具有显著的增效作用。田间1次用药7 d后防效为62.90%~70.67%,2次用药7 d后防效为73.53%~83.19%,均显著高于单剂。复配剂不同用量间防效也有一定差异,其中用量为1 950~2 400 g/hm2的防效最好,且两者无显著差异。
Mancozeb and dimethomorph are the commonly used agents for controlling cucumber downy mildew. WP with 69% of its compound has a strong inhibitory effect on the spore germination of cucumber downy mildew, EC50 is 64.60μg / ml, Co-toxicity coefficient of 125.83, with a significant synergistic effect. The control efficacy was 62.90% ~ 70.67% after 7 days of treatment in one field and 73.53% ~ 83.19% after 7 days of twice administration, both of which were significantly higher than that of single dose. There are some differences in the control efficacy of different dosage of the compounding agent, of which the dosage of 1 950 ~ 2400 g / hm2 is the best, and there is no significant difference between the two.
