制剂是由葱和蒜的组织液制好的。按等量比例取葱和蒜入研钵捣碎,挤出液汁,按30%比例加蒸溜水于所得汁液,然后将溶液多次地灭菌。我们把这种含有70%的组织液制剂简称(意即葱蒜)。以制剂植物杀菌素对5种葡萄球菌(金黄色和白色等)、3种溶血性链球菌、1种大肠杆菌进行抑菌和杀菌作用研究的结果,证明:制剂对所有类属的葡萄球菌、链球菌和大肠杆菌都具有抑菌作用。为了研究制剂的毒性,将本品在动物进行了肌内注射、腹膜内注射和静脉注射,其剂量大大地超过了通常为我们病人所使用的剂量,结果证明无论是生理功能(心脏功能,动脉压,呼吸节律),以及病理解剖,制剂对动物都没有表现
