作者报告10例高血压病人,经硝苯吡啶联合哌唑嗪治疗后出现血压急剧下降。 1例特发性高血压妇女,服哌唑嗪5mg1小时后舌下给予硝苯吡啶10mg,20分钟后血压从仰卧位的200/120和站立位的232/124mmHg降至150/78和88/48mmHg,病人出现眩晕。另1例严重高血压和不稳定心绞痛患者,仰卧位血压200/140～150mmHg,经用哌唑嗪2mg疗效不明显,联合硝苯毗啶20mg后(舌下)
The authors report 10 patients with hypertension, nifedipine combined with prazosin treatment of blood pressure dropped sharply. One patient with idiopathic hypertension received prazosin 10 mg subcutaneously 5 mg subcutaneously after prazosin for 5 hours. After 20 minutes, the blood pressure was reduced from 200/120 in supine position and 232/124 mmHg in standing position to 150/78 and 88/70, 48mmHg, the patient appears dizzy. Another case of severe hypertension and unstable angina patients, supine blood pressure 200/140 ~ 150mmHg, prazosin 2mg with no significant effect, combined with nifedipine 20mg (sublingual)
