院长简历石庆泉,中共党员,工商管理硕士,高级经济师。历任中原油田钻井二公司党委副书记、公共事业管理处处长;濮阳市市区政府区长、区委副书记;1997年4月任中原油田总医院院长。2006年底,中原油田总医院改制后成立濮阳市油田总医院,石庆泉同志出任医院管理委员会主任、院长,2006年被河南省医院管理协会企业分会聘为副会长。
