目前我国地方财政运行过程中的风险问题逐步凸现,理论界和实务界正在研究防范、化解措施。笔者拟就如何建立地方财政风险预警机制问题,谈些看法。 At present, the risk problems in the operation of local finance in our country are gradually highlighted.
