提出了一种快速锻造液压机组计算机控制的分布式系统结构,分析了其基于模糊控制的智能位置控制系统,给出了实现超程补偿的方法,并已成功地应用到生产实践中.
A computer controlled distributed system structure of hydraulic unit for rapid forging is presented. The intelligent position control system based on fuzzy control is analyzed. A method to realize overtravel compensation is given and has been successfully applied in production practice.
