鲨烯为6个异戊二烯双键组成的类萜结构化合物C_(30)H_(50)。本文作者参照Willett法提取的鲨烯对老年长跑队员进行了耐力运动与生化代谢效应试验,发现服药组在定量负荷运动试验时耗氧量显著下降,动静脉血氧分压显著升高,提示服用外源性鲨烯能促进组织对氧的利用与体内能量的节省化。
Squalene is a kind of terpenoid C_ (30) H_ (50) with six isoprene double bonds. The authors refer to Willett method extracted squalene long-distance runners on endurance exercise and biochemical metabolic effects test found that the medication group in the quantitative load exercise test significantly decreased oxygen consumption, arterial and venous oxygen pressure increased significantly, suggesting that taking Exogenous squalene can promote tissue utilization of oxygen and save energy in the body.
