针对摩托车发动机齿轮箱上盖压铸工艺,设计了两分支浇道和多分支浇道结构的浇注系统。运用Anycasting软件对两种浇注方案的充型和凝固过程进行了模拟,分析了铸件充型过程中产生的裹挟气体、致密性不好的缺陷。模拟结果显示,多分支浇注系统能够保证致密性的要求和模具温度的平衡。同时采用镶嵌式锁紧滑块结构进行了压铸模具设计。在压铸生产调试后,铸件气密性试验合格率达到95%。
Aiming at the die casting process of motorcycle engine gearbox cover, a two-branch sprue and multi-branch sprue structure was designed. Anycasting software was used to simulate the filling and solidification process of the two kinds of casting schemes, and the defects that the entrapped gas generated in the process of filling were analyzed. Simulation results show that the multi-branch casting system can ensure the tightness of the requirements and the balance of mold temperature. At the same time, the design of the die-casting mold is made by using the structure of the in-line lock slider. In the die-casting production commissioning, casting airtight test pass rate of 95%.
