目的为全面了解我市不同类型餐饮单位餐饮具的卫生状况,为以后的卫生监督工作提供新的着眼点和努力方向。方法对中卫市沙坡头区不同类型餐饮单位的餐饮具消毒效果进行抽样监测。结果 3年共抽检餐饮具1371件,合格1119件,平均总合格率为81.2%,2006~2008年合格率依次为77.99%、81.4%和86.1%。结论沙坡头区餐饮具消毒效果监测合格率呈逐年上升趋势,但餐饮具总体合格率仍不高,尤其是饮食摊点的餐具消毒质量较差,应进一步加强监管。
The purpose is to fully understand the hygienic condition of catering utensils in different catering units in our city and to provide a new focus and direction for future hygiene supervision. Methods Sampling and monitoring were conducted on the disinfection effect of different types of dining establishments in Shapotou District of Zhongwei City. Results A total of 1371 dining tablewares were obtained during the three years, with a total of 1119 cases, with an average total passing rate of 81.2%. The passing rates in 2006-2008 were 77.99%, 81.4% and 86.1% respectively. Conclusion The monitoring rate of the disinfection effect of tableware in Shapotou district has been increasing year by year. However, the overall pass rate of tableware is still not high. In particular, the quality of tableware disinfection at food stalls is poor, and the supervision should be further strengthened.
