随着我国现代化建设的进一步加快,网络信息化也从少部分人使用者变成了大众使用。我国网络化的建设正在如火如荼的进行中,而社会企业对于人才的需求量和质量要求也是愈发加大。我国高等学府每年的网络工程专业毕业人员也是成千上万,但是很多学生能力达不到企业所需要的,一定程度上造成了企业荒,学生找不到自己想要的工作,企业招不到想要的员工是现今网络工程专业最大的问题之一,这让我们反思,为什么现今的高校培养出来的人才不能够得到企业的认可,是否人才培养哪个环节出现了问题。
