近年来,随着我国社会保障、保险(以下简称社保)体系建设步伐的加快和受益人群的不断扩大,将宗教教职人员纳入社保体系的问题日益突出。宗教界人士纷纷通过人大议案、政协提案等多种途径,呼吁政府有关部门尽快明确政策,将宗教教职人员纳入社保体系。中央领导同志对宗教教职人员的社保问题高度重视,指示有关部门加紧研究解决。目前,中央有关部门正在深入调研,力争尽快出台相关规定。各省、自治区、直辖市也在积极探索解决办法,一些地方已经取得了进展,为全国范围内解决此问题提供了有益的经验。 In recent years, with the acceleration of China’s social security and insurance (hereinafter referred to as social security) system and the continuous expansion of beneficiary groups, the issue of including religious teachers and staff in the social security system has become increasingly prominent. Religious parties have adopted various proposals including the NPC resolution and the CPPCC proposal and urged relevant government departments to clarify policies and incorporate religious personnel into the social security system as soon as possible. The central leading comrades attach great importance to the social security issues of religious personnel and direct the relevant departments to step up research and resolution. At present, relevant departments of the Central Government are conducting thorough investigations and studies and strive to promulgate the relevant provisions as soon as possible. Provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government are also actively exploring solutions. Some places have made progress and provided useful experiences in solving this problem nationwide.
