针对呋喃树脂砂生产球墨铸铁件表面渗硫、产生片状等非球状组织的现象,选用镁橄榄石粉作为防渗硫剂,用助剂A和助剂B作为复合烧结助剂等组分配制球墨铸铁件用呋喃树脂砂醇基涂料。试验结果表明:研制的涂料具有优良的防渗硫效果,能够有效地避免或减轻非球状组织的产生。同时,浇注后该涂料层能从铸件表面自行剥离、脱落,防止了铸件的粘砂并减轻了清理量。
